Saturday mornings as a kid were great. You wake up early, no school, gorge yourself on countless bowls of your favorite sugar cereal, and watch cartoons til Noon in your footie pajamas. Yes those were the days. Now you're in college, and most Saturday mornings involve a hangover and if you're lucky, a walk of shame across campus. When you get home from that epic walk though, you finally get to relive those splendid memories of Saturday cartoons with the upcoming release of "Harveytoons: The Complete Collection". While most saturday morning cartoons only lasted until lunchtime, this collection has over 19 hours of all the classics like Baby Huey, Herman and Katnip, Little Audrey, and everyone's favorite Casper the Friendly Ghost. Yes people, you read that number correctly; that's 91 hours of hilarious, classic cartoons spanning four double sided discs and 52 original episodes! This is an extremely rare DVD set, so make a smart decision (unlike the Lagoon Creature you took home last night!) and pick this one up.

As far as the extra features are concerned, well there aren't any. Nevertheless, this set is still phenomenal since it's an entire collection in one box, and I think the only people that buy DVD sets for the special features are people like "JP" from Grandma's Boy haha. If you've got a little sibling or a little cousin that you're shopping for this holiday season, "Harveytoons: The Complete Collection" needs to be in your shopping cart. Overall a very cool DVD box set that's easily worth the purchase price. Pick this one up today folks.
