Baywatch Season 2 Review
Fremantle Media, First Look
Review Posted on November 2nd, 2006
More Hoff. Way more Pamela. Way more running down the beach. Baywatch Season 1 just hit store shelves on DVD, and now Season 2 is here! Just like it's predecessor this box set comes loaded with five discs featuring every single episode of season two, which is a sweet thing because you know you love this show. You know what I'm talking about people; the romances, the life saving action and suspense, those scorching hot red bathing suits, and of course the obvious the stunning Pamela Anderson and the "German War Machine" David Hasselhoff. Baywatch is the most popular television show on the planet, ever, and that means it deserves a spot on your shelf. Your roomates will think you're a god; they want this box set too. Sadly however just like season one, this latest edition has no special features.

That's right folks, no special features. Nada. No audio commentary, no behind the scenes footage of Pamela Anderson. No extra beach running scenes, nothing. You do get two never-before-seen episodes, "In Deep" and "Heat Wave", but that's it. Do those count? Sure, kinda, but that's only forty minutes worth of extras. For the most popular show ever, you'd think they'd give you a little more instead of just two extra episodes? Ahh well, at least you get five DVDs of Pamela Anderson; that alone makes this worth the purchase. Speaking of purchasing this one, you don't have to! Why? Because we're giving away two free box sets of season two this month in our forums! How sweet is that? Not as sweet as The Hoff, but close. Great show, pretty weak box set.
