| Alcohol: 2 oz Sho-chu (sub sake) 1.5 oz light rum 1.5 oz coconut rum Pineapple juice | |
| Directions: This one comes straight to you from Japan. I don't know how easy it is to find sho-chu is to find in the states but I find that sake works almost as well. I like a little alcohol taste in my drinks hence the bacardi but if you don't like the alcohol taste you can remove the bacardi and you shouldn't even taste any alcohol or at least very little. Mix in this order.....Sho-chu.....light rum.....coconut rum.....stir.....add pineapple juice and stir once more and enjoy. | |
